This healing bowl plays the note “D” which is associated with the Sacral Chakra, also called the Sexual Chakra, located in the lower abdomen. Physically, the imbalance may manifest as uterine, bladder or kidney trouble, lower back pain, mood swings, depression, swollen hands or feet, and bloating.
